Despatch/ Deliveries Clerk - StaffCentral Consulting

Description : Despatch/ Deliveries Clerk. Company : StaffCentral Consulting. Location : Krugersdorp, Gauteng

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
Briefing and Debriefing

Monitor Deliveries and provide feedback

Driver / vehicle inspections and legal compliance checks

Calculate daily kilometers and fuel consumption

General admin duties and reports

Record drivers working hours / pay hours

Fuel capture on Fuel Manager system

POD Control and hand over

Maintain good relationship with Customers

Candidate Requirements/ Experience :
Matric with a related qualification would be preferable or studying towards

Computer Literate (MS Office suite, Sage or similar)

Minimum 2 years Practical experience in transport ops

Skills and Knowledge

Good understanding of Transport administration

Loading & offloading procedures

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Excellent Communication Skills

Analytical Skills, Meticulous & Attention to detail

Excellent problem solving abilities

Able to work under pressure

Reliable and Dependable

Must be willing to learn, proactive and innovative
